GTA 6 PC release date and console platforms

Is GTA 6 coming to PC?

Rockstar’s reviewed GTA VI pages do not announce a PC release date. The launch platform list names PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. That means the console date cannot also be described as a confirmed PC date.

Previous Rockstar release patterns are often used to predict a later PC launch. They do not establish a month or year for GTA VI. A prediction such as 2027 needs to remain a prediction until the game receives a dated PC announcement.

PC system requirements and Steam availability

No official minimum or recommended PC specifications are given in the sources reviewed here. CPU, GPU, memory and storage lists presented as final requirements would therefore be unsupported by those pages.

A Steam or Epic Games Store release is also not established by the reviewed platform announcement. Before buying hardware for this game, look for a real PC product page with publisher attribution, release information and requirements.

PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

PS5 and Xbox Series X|S are listed for the November 19 launch. An Extended Look was captured on PlayStation 5, according to Rockstar’s video page. That identifies where the footage was captured, not the full set of resolution and frame-rate options for every console.

A Series S version appearing in the platform list does not mean it must have the same image quality as Series X. The reviewed information does not provide a complete platform-by-platform performance comparison.

Will GTA 6 run on PS4 or Xbox One?

PS4 and Xbox One are absent from the current GTA VI platform list. Do not purchase an older console on the assumption that a native GTA VI version has been announced for it.

Cloud-streaming availability is a separate question from native platform support. The sources reviewed here do not establish a cloud option for playing GTA VI on those older systems.

Does GTA 6 run at 60 FPS?

The reviewed announcements do not specify a complete list of 30 FPS, 60 FPS or other performance modes. A video upload’s frame rate does not by itself describe the game’s selectable modes.

For buying decisions, use the exact platform product page and any subsequently published performance details. Preloading is scheduled for November 12, but a final installation size is not provided by the preorder announcement.
